What is a BDIX dedicated server?

A BDIX dedicated server is a physical bare metal machine reserved entirely for your use and connected to the Bangladesh Internet Exchange (BDIX) local network. You get 100% of the CPU, RAM, storage and bandwidth with no resource sharing, plus 5–10ms latency for users inside Bangladesh.

Should I choose Intel or AMD?

Intel Xeon servers deliver strong single-thread clock speeds, ideal for databases and game servers. AMD EPYC/Ryzen servers offer higher core counts for virtualization, big data and parallel workloads. Both run on the same BDIX 10Gbps backbone.

Do I get full root access?

Yes. Every dedicated server includes full root/administrator access so you can install software, configure services, manage the kernel and firewall exactly as required.

How is the server managed remotely?

All servers include IPMI / KVM-over-IP for out-of-band management, letting you reboot, mount ISOs and reinstall the OS even when the server OS is unreachable. One-click OS templates are also available.

Is NVMe storage and RAID included?

Yes. All dedicated plans use enterprise NVMe SSDs configured in hardware RAID-10 for speed and redundancy. Optional SATA HDD storage is available for bulk data.

Is DDoS protection included?
